The educational program provided by the Department of Environmental and Civil Engineering of HIT was accredited by JABEE on April 15, 2003. It was the first accreditation in the field of civil engineering education in Japan. In 2004, two other departments, Mechanical Systems on Information Technology and Electronic Intelligence and Systems, will gain the accreditation. We proudly believe the high quality of our education systems and programs.
