Chemical Engineering on Biological Environment image The Department of Chemical Engineering on Biological Environment, based on the production process technology relating to biology, foods and industrial materials, is implementing the engineering education aiming to produce the sustainable production process engineers who have an understanding of the fundamentals of science and engineering, the ability of design and application of engineering principles and the ability to engage in life-long learning as well as knowledge of the information, food safety control and environmental assessment technology, along with a broad education, good communication skills and excellent judgment.


Objectives of Education
We have established the educational objectives below for producing:
  1. engineers who have an understanding of professional and ethical responsibility, and the basic ability to assess the impact of engineering solutions in both local and global contexts;
  2. engineers who have an understanding of fundamentals of science, ecological engineering and information technology, and the ability to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society;
  3. engineers who have a broad education in the humanities and social sciences, good communication skills and excellent judgment;
  4. engineers who have a basic technical knowledge of engineering science and the ability to apply this knowledge in business management practices;
  5. engineers who have a capacity for the future qualification and life-long learning;
  6. engineers who have interests in sustainable production process technology in both local and global contexts.
